Earlier this week, Roku officially announced the latest version of its operating system, an update the company is calling Roku OS 10. And while we’ve covered the included new features in earlier posts and videos, many have been wondering which specific streaming devices would be eligible for the upgrade. Well, Roku has published a support document going into more detail about OS 10, and it includes model numbers for devices scheduled to receive the update. If you’re wondering whether your Roku gear made the cut, check out the list below.

There are also a few model numbers we’re still working to match up to specific Roku device names. Namely: model numbers 4622X, 3821X, and 3820X. We’ve reached out to Roku to confirm which devices those numbers refer to and we’ll update this list with any new information.

(Editor’s note: It turns out the mystery model numbers were errors and have since been scrubbed from the official list. Mystery solved!)

In addition to general OS 10 device eligibility, Roku’s support page also lists which devices are slated to receive specific features.

  • AirPlay2 and HomeKit support: Coming to most Roku devices except Roku TV model numbers starting with “6” (6XXXX), “5” (5XXXX), as well as Roku players with model numbers 2700X, 2710X, 2720X, 3500X, 3700X, 3710X, and 4400X.
